If your project happens to be supporting something we haven't seen before, the time that our technicians spend researching the issue or system won't be billed to you. We bill only for actual time spent assisting and supporting you directly.

We require all of our staff to have several years’ experience in Information Technology-related fields. Most of our staff have Bachelor’s Degrees in their area of expertise, and all of our staff have several industry-relevant certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, SSCP/CISSP, etc.).
