Every IT environment is completely different from the next. Some of the components may be the same, but the way they're integrated with each other varies based on each business's individual needs, and it can be very hard to keep track of your entire infrastructure.

We believe that every owner or manager of a business should have total insight into their IT environment. That's why, whether you're already our customer or not, we're happy to provide our first full network audit absolutely free of charge.

During our network audits, one of our skilled security specialists will visit your location at a set time to interview your top executives. We'll get a good idea of how you think you're using your IT systems, how you'd like to use them, and what gaps exist between those two positions. Then, we'll take a look at how you're actually utilizing your environment, and will briefly document the use, location, and configuration of each system.

Within 5 business days after our visit, you'll receive a report from us with a full list of our findings and the generated documentation. If we have recommendations for improvement, they'll be included free of charge. From there, you have the option to have our technicians make the improvements, or to hand it over to your in-house or external IT staff.

I already have an IT company – Will you still audit my network?

Sure! Our audits are not a sales tool, they’re an effort to help all business owners and managers truly understand their IT environments and how best to utilize them within your business. If your IT company is doing a great job, that’s what our audit will show! If there are areas for improvement, you’ll see those in the post-audit report too.

Wait, did you say FREE audit?

We did! Our audits take a few hours or less, and we believe that all business owners or managers should have the information they collect! No matter what you currently do for IT, our team is happy to visit your location and perform the full audit, just as we do quarterly for our contract customers, free of charge.

What do I do with the results of the audit?

That’s up to you! If you already have an IT Manager or IT company, feel free to send our post-audit report to them, and let them handle the recommended changes.
